Welcome Back to Dance Evolutions. We are sure to have a Spectacular Fall session lined up for you. First I would like to say how happy I was with the participation in classes this summer. So many of you have progressed so much in your dancing in the 3 short years we have been open. With 80% of our students being brand new dancers this is unheard of. We are so proud of your children, and their commitments, they have really come a long way. We are rolling into our 4th year of business, and I am so proud having all of you represent everything I ever dreamed of upon opening Dance Evolutions....so Thank you all again for your support!


We are proud to offer Broadway Connection Master Classes this year with Broadway talents from The Wizard of Oz, Phantom of the Opera, Legally Blonde, and A Chorus Line. Please take advantage of these classes, we are bringing N.Y.'s finest right here to our studio for your children to learn from, make connections, and have fantastic cutting edge training. All classes offered are listed on our website under master Classes.


Our Dance Team will be hosting a back to school bash, Friday September 12th! Children 10 and under can come from 7-8:30 and are encouraged to dress up & "Party Like a Rockstar!" Ages 11 and up are invited from 9-10:30. The cost of the party is $15.00 includes Pizza, Drinks, and lots of fun!!! This is a fundraiser for our dance team. Please find a team member and ask for a ticket. Dance Evolutions and the Diva's Dance Closet have even donated gift certificates to be raffled during the Party.


Salsa and Zumba are back!! Saturdays are hot around Dance Evolutions. 10:00am Zumba classes with Alfredo are $6.00! And Saturday Nights at 7:00pm are Beginner Salsa Lessons, 7:00 is intermediate. 1 class is $10.00 per person or stay 2 hours for $15.00. Sorry no dance cards, cash only.


Please make sure you read our Policies and Procedures either from our website, or grab a copy from the studio. This is an informative packet, sharing our rules, dress code, attendance and tuition policy. We will be sending a form home to everyone for you to sign as a Liability disclaimer, photo/advertising  release, and acknowledgement that you have read the policies and procedures. This packet is so informative; it already gives you the dates for the recital, when costume money is due, and even the theme for this year's show....which I must tell you is awesome!! I spent a lot of time putting everything in black and white so EVERYONE is informed of EVERYTHING!!! So please take the time to read it in its entirety. Students New to Dance Evolutions this fall do not have to sing, your registration form has already been signed as an acknowledgment.


Dance Evolutions follows the Pinellas County School System's Closures. This means anytime school is closed for Holiday breaks, we are closed at that time. We do not close on Planning Days, or half Days. Every closure will be posted on the News Letters.


Please stop by the desk and make sure all e-mail, cell phone and address info is accurate and up to date so we can always keep you informed. We are set up to take Auto Pay to reduce late fees. If you sign up for auto pay or semester tuition you get to pre order tickets for our show before they go on sale!!

Dance Evolutions is the only Studio with limited 10-15 class size so you child gets individual attention necessary in correction for growth and development in dance.

 

Dance Evolutions has a 7500 sq. ft. facility equipped with our own hi-fi cafe, 3 beautiful studios, and enough space to do shows, dance parties, Master Classes,and rent for wedding receptions.

 

We will not only continue the best education for your children but are one of the ONLY studios with HUGE Observation windows to encourage our dancers' families to enjoy their childrens progress at ANY time!

 

We have state of the art O'Mara Sprung floors for the saftey of your children. Sprung floors prevent stress fractures, busted blood vessles, and shin splints.

 

Our instructors believe in education and attend several workshops and certifications to insure proper instruction, up to date cutting edge in choreography, stretching techniques, and continuous networking with Dance professionals so we can help them audition for colleges or dance companies. We feel education is power..Our children not only learn to dance, they learn Anatomy, Dance Terminology, Dance Etiquite, Dance History, Partnering, Stage Dynamics, Audition Techniques and soon ..Musical Theatre!! Our children walk away from our school learning so much more than just how to Dance!
