Deborah

A little bit of everything for the student who wants a “leg up” on preparing for the performing arts or just likes variety,  Deborah brings her extensive dance and stage performance knowledge to the Dance Evolutions Musical Theatre class. With the foremost goal of instilling and encouraging self esteem, experience, and confidence while performing on stage, the class will become skilled at theatre dance movement, basic music and singing skills, stage dialect, and developing vocal stage presence through varieties of scene presentation, pantomime, improvisation, and children’s theatre games. We will explore exercises for developing acting skills, while learning theatre terms which aid in all aspects of dance and performing on stage.
